Prusa i3 - BQ 3D printer

Ora boa tarde.
Adequiri uma prusa i3 na BQ.
E não tem sido facil de por isto a funcionar...
Visto que o manual vem incompleto a nivel de software/calibração/sensibilidade dos motores.

E depois de tantas voltas conseguimos por isto pelo menos a calibrar com o menu proprio dela.

Contudo agora que iamos mandar imprimir que algo estava mal. Basicamente os motores estão a rodar no sentido contrario ao correcto (em direção aos sensores de fim de curso, para assim calcularem o ponto "home" (0,0)...
Ela basicamente está a andar toda ao contrario, e não percebo porque, visto que as ligações estão bem feitas e ja funcionou correctamente.

Alguém tem alguma experiência com isto que me possa ajudar?

nos firmwares existe uma opção para inverter a rotação dos motores, se não quiseres mexer no firmware troca os fios dos motores, A1 passa a B1, A2 passa a B2 e assim sucessivamente

Ja resolvi o problema.
Ao seguir o manual deles, foi exactamente como eles escreveram que escolhi o firmware de outra impressora deles.

Estou a fazer progressos.
Depois meto aqui como resolvi os problemas, pois o manual deles é deprimente.

O meu problema agora esta no extrusor, no inicio para meter o fio do plastico é sempre um problema dos diabos :/
Até porque nós quando fazemos o Load do fio (la nas opçoes do menu da impressora), ela aquece, manda meter o fio e pressionar, mas o motor do extrusor não o puxa. Tive de usar um software externo.

Resolvido.
Problema a problema ja vamos conseguindo por isto a funcionar.
Ja imprime.

Estou a usar o Cura, para abrir ficheiros *.stl e gerar os GCode.
Contudo ele para-me as impressões quando chega a uma determinada altura de Z.
podem ver a foto.


Alguem sabe algo sobre isto, ou usa outro programa para fazer a conversão?
(a altura da impressora está bem configurada, logo não é disso.)

Há um programa que te permite ver o resultado do gcode mas estou no telemóvel e não encontro o nome do que costumo usar, utilizando essa aplicação já consegues perceber se o problema é da máquina ou do código gerado

Um colega meu diz que só usa isto Sketchup da google, ele diz-me que chega e sobra e já tem uma certa experiencia com impressão 3D.

é impossível usar apenas o sketchup, no máximo o sketchup é usado para fazer o modelo em 3d e exportar o modelo para stl, depois disso é preciso fazer o slice (literalmente fatiar o modelo) e exportar para gcode, por fim é necessário ainda um 3o programa  que envie o gcode para a impressora

se quiseres deixa em anexo os ficheiros gcode e stl que eu vejo se o problema é do ficheiro

Quando estiver impecável vou fazer um tutorial.

E tal como suspeitava o problema não é do ficheiro *.stl, mas sim das configurações do Cura.

Uma vez que tanto a imprimir pelo proprio Cura USB, como por SD Card (gerado no Cura) ele parava sempre, eu suspeitei das configurações.
Andei a pesquisar pela net e encontrei um preset de configurações. Funcionou.
Contudo a qualidade (quantidade de plástico) nas paredes é muito inferior, e o modelo ficou muito mais fragil do que a "peça inacabada" que ela imprimiu antes.

Ora agora ando aqui a comprar as configurações a ver o que estava mal que foi corrigido, e o que tenho de mudar para optimizar a qualidade.
Não está facil, uma vez que isto tem bastantes variaveis

Se alguém tiver paciência, veja o codigo a seguir, se não passe à frente.

Olá Kristey,

Também adquiri uma Prusa I3 da BQ na semana passada.
Segui as instruções à letra, preparei as pessas todas antes de começar a montagem da impressora, etc

Devo dizer-te que não encontrei nenhum obstáculo durante a montagem e que assim que a liguei ao computador e após fazer o ajuste da mesa pelo menu da impressora, a primeira impressão (usando o Cura com o profile FHD ou HD que podes descarregar do site da BQ) ficou muito melhor do que esperava!
Acho estranho teres tido estes problemas com a impressora, nomeadamente teres motores a rodar ao contrario e etc... As instruções são bastante boas no que diz respeito às ligações.
Relativamente à impressão parar, aconteceu-me o mesmo uma vez e foi porque o portatil entrou em modo Sleep! Ve se nas tuas opções de energia não estás a desligar os USB ou mesmo se o computador não está a entrar em modos de poupança de energia.

Neste momento gostava de reduzir ou mesmo eliminar o Z Banding das minhas impressões. Tenho algumas teorias sobre o que pode estar a provocar isto...
Tu notas o mesmo nas tuas impressões?
Vou tirar umas fotos e já as coloco aqui.

Eu ate durante a montagem tive alguns problemas como ter de desmontar os motores duas vezes. Porque os passos seguintes assim o exigiam (ou corria o risco de partir alguma coisa).

-Não havia qualquer referencia ao metodo de calibração nos manuais, vi um video da "witbox" e lá consegui.
-Em lado nenhum explica o inicio da calibração dos sensores fim de curso.
-Num dos manuais deles "passo a passo" metem link's para o firmware da Witbox (No inicio não sabia que era a outra impressora deles), conclusão actualizei para aquele firmware, pois assim estava no manual que estava a ler.
-Em lado nenhum te ensinam a meter o plastico no extrusor (as vezes consigo, outras não, dá uma especie de uns tics como que não conseguisse puxar o plastico.
-No manual, motor do extrusor liga de uma maneira, e na realidade aquele cabo nem existe.
Entre outros problemas.

Já agora esses profiles FHD e HD onde os sacaste?
Eu fui arranjar um preset na net. E resolveu-me o problema de parar a impressão a meio.
