Disappointing situation.

Hello all,

I'm writing to solve a really disappointing situation.
We placed and paid 2 orders on 2-3 weeks ago and we didn't receive any confirm of the payment (except the "paid" status on the website) nor tracking number or informations about the delivery.

We are still waiting these important pieces of our project and we wrote thousands of mail to the website without answer !

Is it possibile to receive some informations about the orders ?? Are they shipped ?

Our work is stopped due to this lack of news.

there's only one person responsable for the lusorobotica store, that is Tigago Rodrigues.
he has been away from the forum since december. as far as i know, he's delivering all the orders from the store, but not answering emails nor calls.

the only suggestion i've for you is to keep waiting for news at your mail box (the physical, not the email box).

It's desiderable to know approximately how many days are required
for the delivery.

I think I'll try to contact in other way (maybe phone)
